How do I set up my account?
  1. Go to the Mersi account sign up page.
  2. Click Customer or Creative.
  3. Complete account registration.
  4. Click Register…
Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that Mersi is not the best marketplace platform for your business, simply cancel your account from your control panel.


Will my data be private and safe?

We take data security seriously. Our data-center is also EU safe harbor compliant and all of our plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.

What payment methods do you accept?

Mersi currently uses Stripe as our form of payment. Find more information on our Payment Policy.

Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?

No. You can browse our marketplace without linking your credit card. When you decide to book a Beauty Pro, you will need to enter your credit card details.


Will more services be offered?
